Job summary

Internsg offers an in-person, paid internship in Singapore for students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Events, Hospitality, or related fields. You will gain hands-on exposure by supporting campaign planning, event activation, content creation, and cross-team coordination on real projects.

As part of the internship, you will receive mentorship, a monthly allowance, paid vacation and medical leave, and no sales targets or cold calling.

Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates studying Marketing, Mass Communication, Events, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to commit to a minimum 3-month full-time internship.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign planning and project timelines.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors.
• Support on-site event setup and operations.
• Assist the team during live campaigns and brand activations.
• Support content creation for campaigns and social media.
• Assist with event communications and marketing materials.
• Participate in idea discussions and concept development.
