Job summary

LIBIAO ROBOTICS in Singapore is seeking an experienced EHS Officer to manage site safety across Singapore projects. You will conduct safety inspections, ensure compliance with MOM regulations, and lead risk assessments and emergency planning.

Requirements include Diploma or above in Engineering/Safety, MOM WSHO preferred, bizSAFE Level 2, and bilingual English/Chinese. Willingness for on-site duty and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering / Safety related field.
• MOM registered WSHO is highly preferred.
• BizSAFE Level 2 (WSQ Assess Risk Management) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspection, hazard identification and rectification follow-up for Singapore projects.
• Manage high-risk works including working at height, temporary electrical work, lifting and equipment commissioning; verify PTW compliance before submission for approval, conduct toolbox talks and stop unsafe practices.
• Comply with Singapore MOM regulations and bizSAFE requirements, prepare risk assessment, safety plan and emergency documents.
• Organize site safety training and emergency drills, supervise standard PPE wearing.
• Conduct incident investigation, implement corrective actions, and support government & client safety audit and acceptance.
• Perform daily inspection of fire and safety facilities to ensure full site compliance.
