Job summary

Chuan Lim Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Supervisor to oversee site safety, ensure compliance with the WSH Act, and lead incident investigations on construction sites in Singapore.

The role requires a WSH Level B or C certificate and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Candidates with their own transport have an advantage. The position is full-time with a 5.5-day work week and opportunities to support safety program implementation.

Qualifications

• WSH Level B or C certificate required.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidates with own transport will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety provisions on sites are maintained as per WSH Act & regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up actions to ensure safety compliance and make necessary recordings.
• Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents and take action to prevent re-occurrence.
• Prepare Risk Assessments / Safe Work Procedures.
• Assist in planning and preparation of safety equipment to be available for site usage.
• Periodically conduct safety briefings.
• Report incidents and accidents to management and maintain project accident statistics.
• Perform other supervision and routine duties assigned by corporate management.
