Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control Officer to conduct on-site QC audits, prepare audit reports, and drive closure of corrective and preventive actions across cluster operations.

You will report to QA auditors, represent the cluster in external audits, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain service standards. Diploma in Facilities Management or related engineering field, plus 2 years of FM/QM experience, are preferred with ISO auditor certification.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• 2 years experience in Facilities Management or Quality Management.
• ISO Internal Auditor Certification preferred.
• Class 3 driving licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC audits on Cleaning and Horti services for respective clusters/camps.
• Prepare and submit Audit Report to QA auditors.
• Track and follow up on closure of Correction Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA).
• Represent the cluster in Authority Audit or other audits.
• Carry out daily independent Quality Control Audit on site and ensure 50% of work covered.
