Job summary

RMA Group is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Singapore. You will lead projects from planning through completion, shaping timelines, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and keeping stakeholders connected.

You will work closely with diverse teams to maintain documentation, track milestones, and ensure client requirements are met. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Strong project management from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate quality checks, inspections, and supporting documentation.
• Knowledge of logistics coordination including scheduling and resource planning.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with clear prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
