Job summary

7R ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee on-site projects in the semiconductor and manufacturing sectors. You will lead subcontractors, read mechanical drawings, and ensure safety and quality on live production sites.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical/Chemical engineering degree, are ready for a fast-paced environment, and can work shifts including weekends/public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with strong leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or chemical.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership and ability to liaise with all levels.
• Positive, mature, independent and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays and on shift.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and manage assigned projects on-site.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings and checks.
• Lead a team of sub-contractors to execute construction or hook-up works.
• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality per project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor site progress to schedule and report to manager.
• Participate in testing and commissioning with clients and subcontractors.
• Communicate effectively with clients and sub-contractors.
• Work in a construction environment and on-site independently.
• Read construction drawings, especially for mechanical.
