Job summary

Strategy Solutions Services is seeking a skilled Service Technician with copier experience to perform corrective maintenance on Multi-Functional Printers (MFP) and conduct on-site hardware and software repairs at customer sites.

You will be responsible for CRM updates, SAP parts clearing, and machine setup including printer driver installation and scanning setup. The role also includes providing admin support to the service team, such as report updates and parts ordering.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of product management experience in copier, including troubleshooting.
• Sound IT knowledge in software.
• Strong product technical knowledge in MFP, ECR/POS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented, structured and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently with sound judgment and escalate as needed.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
• Having own transport is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP).
• Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP.
• Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system.
• Machine setup including Printer Driver installation & Setup Scanning (Email/PC) for customer’s newly purchased MFP at customer’s premises.
• Provide administrative support to the service team, i.e. report updating, collection of payment, ordering of service parts.
