Job summary
Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced field service engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain medical aesthetic equipment at customer sites. You will perform testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance, while providing technical support to doctors and clinics.
The role requires 3+ years in field service, strong reading of technical manuals, and good communication skills. A Class 3 driving licence is required; company vehicle provided.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related engineering disciplines.
- Min 3 years of field service or equipment maintenance experience.
- Reading technical manuals and schematics is required.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain medical aesthetic equipment (laser etc).
- Perform equipment testing, calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to service calls and technical issues at customer sites.
- Provide technical support to doctors, clinics and end users.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Monitor spare parts usage and escalate complex issues when required.
- Guide and support junior engineers in daily service activities.
