Job summary

LONGXIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on M&E Manager to lead site execution of mechanical and electrical works for ongoing Singapore projects. This role is site-based and requires coordination with consultants, subcontractors and main contractor teams to deliver works on time and to drawings and specifications.

You will oversee daily site activities, manage inspections, testing and commissioning, monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of site-based M&E experience in Singapore construction.
• Strong knowledge of M&E installation and coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors on site and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site execution of M&E works.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and main contractor teams.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Manage site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Monitor progress and resolve site technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings and report progress to management.
• Support handover and defect rectification works.
