Job summary

THES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an M&E Site Engineer to oversee electrical and mechanical works on site, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring compliance with drawings, method statements and local regulations.

You will render M&E engineering support to the Project Manager, manage drawings and technical documentation, and ensure on-site activities are well planned and delivered on schedule with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and work with sub-contractors on shop drawings, site inspection and testing & commissioning matters
• Supervise installation of M&E works carried out by sub-contractors in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations
• Render all M&E engineering support to the Project Manager for the successful execution of the project
• Coordinate and liaise with Structural and Architectural team, client, Consultants, RE & RTO and relevant authorities to resolve site discrepancies or technicality issues
• Ensure good M&E drawing management and the control of M&E technical documentation on site
• Ensure timely production and submission of drafts/final M&E shopdrawings and method statements
• Ensure on-site M&E activities are well planned and coordinated accordingly to project schedule
• Ensure high worksite safety and quality work standards are in practice at all times
