• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee M&E works on site per specs, drawings, and schedule.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and relevant parties for smooth coordination.
• Review M&E drawings, specs and documents for accuracy and constructability.
• Monitor on-site progress and ensure timely completion per timelines.
• Conduct site inspections for quality, installation, and standards compliance.
• Identify and resolve M&E coordination clashes with other trades.
• Ensure M&E works comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in preparing and submitting M&E documentation and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• Manage M&E materials, equipment, and resources for efficient operations.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
