Job summary

CCECC Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee coordination of electrical and mechanical works on our Singapore-based project. You will liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities, review shop drawings, and supervise on-site activities to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, clash detection with BIM tools if applicable, documentation for handover, and ensuring compliance with local codes and inspections.

Qualifications

• Coordinate M&E works with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Review M&E shop drawings, coordination drawings, and As-Built drawings.
• Attend site inspections and resolve site issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all M&E installation activities with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and update M&E work schedules to align with project timelines.
• Review M&E shop drawings, coordination drawings, and As-Built drawings.
• Supervise on-site M&E works to ensure quality, safety, and design compliance.
• Serve as main liaison between project management, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities for M&E matters.
• Ensure M&E works comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems.
• Monitor material usage and assist in M&E budgets and cost control.
