Job summary

Hamilton Company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Hamilton Storage systems at a dedicated customer site in Singapore. This is a permanent, on-site role within a small team of engineers, with no regular travel.

Responsibilities include on-site technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaboration with laboratory and operations teams to ensure high system availability. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in engineering and 2–5 years in field service,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• 2–5 years of field service or technical maintenance experience
• Automation/robotics/complex systems experience preferred
• Good communication in English
• High ownership and reliability; able to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site technical support for automated storage systems
• Ensure stable system operation and high equipment availability
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues; perform repairs and upgrades
• Take ownership of system performance and drive improvements
• Serve as a key technical interface and train users
• Maintain service reports and documentation
