Job summary

GREENMARK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an Environmental Control Officer cum ECMO to join on-site at a major project in Bugis, SG.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining environmental health standards and regulatory compliance on site. The candidate will monitor environmental issues such as noise, air and water pollution, chemical storage, waste management, and disease prevention, and will prepare reports for authorities and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have NEA ECO registration.
• Must be ECMO registered under IES.
• Degree or Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the building construction field.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project team on environmental issues (noise monitoring, pollution, vector control, air and water pollution, drainage) and haze response procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations.
• Implement and monitor environmental control programs on site.
• Prepare, submit statutory reports, and maintain documentation for environmental public health requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and actively be involved in environmental matters on site.
• Attend site meetings/client meetings and prepare weekly reports; liaise with government authorities on safety and environment compliance matters.
