Job summary

INDICON PTE. LTD. is seeking an OSTR technician to carry out troubleshooting of controllers, electrical panels, and assemblies at customer sites.

The role requires working at customer locations and strict adherence to site safety, PPE, and MOM regulations. You will perform on-site diagnostics, reference wiring schematics, document findings, and provide same-day repair reports. Strong electrical background, mechanical knowledge, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision are

Qualifications

• Education in electrical principles or equivalent experience.
• Strong panel testing and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read engineering diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with safety standards and LOTO procedures.
• Willingness to be on-call and travel to customer sites.
• Capable of documenting findings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot panels, controls, and electrical assemblies.
• Perform corrective actions or repairs on site.
• Document findings and actions with logs, photos, videos.
• Refer to schematics and assembly drawings.
• Comply with LOTO procedures.
• Provide reports on same day as repairs.
