Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a maintenance technician for site-based tasks on Jurong Island.

You will execute preventive and corrective maintenance, follow work procedures and OEM manuals, and report facility issues to supervisors. Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma equivalent in maintenance with at least 3 years of relevant experience in oil, gas, petrochemical, terminal/storage or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance at site effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with maintenance procedures, OEM manuals, and company standards to protect asset integrity.
• Report issues with site facilities to supervisors.
• Process Permit-to-Work, JSA, LOTO, or DOSCE during maintenance activities.
• Review and contribute to SWP, JSA, and What-If analyses.
• Maintain progress status and report to Supervisors daily or as needed.
• Handle CMMS work orders and close out tasks; supervise contractors.
• Assist Maintenance Engineer with Capex project execution.
• Participate in safety drills, troubleshoot and analyze failures.
• Maintain inventory and housekeeping to support a future-ready operation.
