Frasers Property is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for Robertson Opus to support daily site supervision, coordination, and reporting on residential developments.

You will review drawings, ensure compliance with specifications, and supervise electrical and prefabricated installations. Travel to inspect Prefabricated Bathroom Unit portions may be required, coordinating with main contractors to maintain quality and schedule.

Formación

• Registered accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Minimum 5 years as RTO with site experience in construction management and supervision of a residential developments.
• Knowledge and Experience in mid-high / high-rise residential development with basements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and BIM.
• A good team player.
• Strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried. Ability to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily inspection works on site and assist team in site supervision to ensure compliance with design specifications, construction drawings and relevant codes.
• Assist project team in daily supervision and coordination duties, i.e. facilitate coordination meetings, resolve technical issues on-site, and ensure timely communication between all parties.
• Attend to site meetings, site inspections, testing, commissioning and coordination of work.
• Supervise Systems and Electrical work installations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Observe that the Do’s and Don’ts of the project are duly compiled with.
• Review all project drawings and specifications and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before the commencement of installation works.
• Keep and maintain daily site record on progress of works, instructions given to Contractors, materials delivered to site, daily activities and weather conditions at site, number and visitors at site and any other significant information.
• To submit daily reports on the quality of work and rectification progress.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance to approved drawings and specifications.
• As part of the duties, RTO may be required to travel outside of Singapore to carry out inspections of Prefabricated Bathroom Unit (PBU) fabrication and fit out works for the project. Such travel will be undertaken in coordination with the main contractor and only when the scope of work necessitates physical inspection. RTO is expected to be available and prepared for such assignments as part of their employment obligations.
