TIANMING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Manager or Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities in Singapore.

You will lead a team of operation staff, monitor resources, ensure safety and WSHE compliance, and coordinate with suppliers and the project director to keep work within schedule and budget. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, has at least 3 years of local construction experience, and is proficient in reading engineering drawings

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering required for the role.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and project plans.
• Familiarity with construction methods, planning, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
• Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
• Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.
• Maintain and manage site storage areas for building materials and equipment.
• Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
• Attend progress meetings and coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on project implementation.
