Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, Building, or Construction Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office; familiar with regulatory requirements such as BCA/LTA (Singapore).

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction works.
• Coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and workers to meet objectives.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for compliance with standards.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to management and clients on milestones and issues.
• Ensure site activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure resource efficiency.
• Manage procurement schedules for materials, equipment, and subcontractor works.
• Conduct site meetings and promptly resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure timely completion and proper documentation for handover, testing, and commissioning stages.
