Job summary

Aedas is seeking an Architect to oversee on-site architectural works, ensuring adherence to design intent, standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with project stakeholders, resolving technical and site issues, and supervising construction progress.

The candidate should have a degree in Architecture, a minimum of eight years’ site-based experience, and familiarity with large-scale developments and Singapore codes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Registered Architect in Singapore preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years of site-based experience in architectural works and site coordination.
• Experience with large-scale projects including integrated resorts, hotels, retail and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with design intent and QA/QC standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely delivery through site supervision and documentation management.
• Prepare and manage inspection/ITP-related submissions and reports.
