Job summary

NCS Group is looking for an experienced On‑Premises DevOps Engineer to manage container infrastructure in Singapore. You will design and maintain Kubernetes clusters while collaborating with development and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, and experience with on-premises infrastructure. This role reports to a tech team focused on driving AI expertise across various industries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Kubernetes and Docker required.
• Experience with on-premises infrastructure and data centers preferred.
• Optional: Relevant certifications, e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on premises.
• Work with Docker containers for application deployments.
• Integrate Kafka for event-driven communication.
• Use Terraform, Ansible for managing infrastructure.
• Set up monitoring for Kubernetes clusters.
