Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to oversee the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms in Singapore. You will provide technical leadership across cloud architectures, CI/CD, automation and monitoring, guiding teams through complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or sysadmin experience including leading technical deliveries.
• Strong delivery experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on AWS experience with EC2, RDS, ELB, EFS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, MSK.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus and Maven.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and operation of DevOps solutions across AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Architect and maintain secure, scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and config management.
• Design and manage networking components and load-balancing configurations.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions.
• Automate repeatable operational processes.
• Troubleshoot complex infra and deployment issues across environments.
• Establish DevOps standards and procedures.
• Produce system design documents and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed automation, security and quality controls.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor DevOps engineers.
