Job summary
AURORA ASIAPACIFIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform incoming, in-process and final product inspections in a manufacturing setting for oil and gas projects. You will use calibrated measuring equipment, maintain material/component traceability, and complete inspection records. 1–2 years of experience and NITEC/O Level required; ISO 9001 knowledge is advantageous. 5-day week with transport allowance.
Qualifications
1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
NITEC / O Level / N Level.
Oil & Gas manufacturing experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS / Quality Control preferred.
Experience with measuring tools/equipment preferred.
Knowledge of LDP (Liquid Dye Penetrant) / NDT is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process and final product inspections.
Maintain material/component traceability and update router sheets.
Use calibrated measuring and inspection equipment.
Identify and report non-conformances to Supervisor/Lead.
Re-inspect repaired/reworked items before release.
Complete inspection records and documentation before shipment.
Support new staff orientation and on-the-job training.
Follow company Safety, Quality and Code of Business Conduct guidelines.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management initiatives.
