Job summary

GP-1-Pte.-Ltd. seeks a dedicated professional to support the Terminal Manager in daily operations and offshore inspections.

You will serve as the primary liaison for staff and regulators, maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires a degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or a related field, strong organizational skills, and experience with P&ID drawings and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering, Process Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in reading P&ID and process drawings.
• Skilled in AutoCAD or equivalent design/drawing software.
• Strong organizational skills for effective document management.
• Ability to work both in office settings and offshore environments, with physical stamina for site inspections.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to slop processing and offshore terminal operations.
• Proficiency in office software and document management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in terminal operations, logistics, or similar industries is a plus but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Terminal Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth site activities.
• Serve as liaison between the Terminal Manager and staff for updates and documentation.
• Maintain and organize all operational, regulatory, and compliance documents.
• Develop a systematic filing system for permits, manifests, safety reports and inspection records.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics, compliance, and maintenance to address operational issues.
• Walk the offshore site to inspect equipment and processes per SOP.
• Conduct safety audits and assist in emergency planning and drills.
• Compile and analyse operational data to generate performance reports.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders regarding documentation and compliance matters.
