ABB PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Substation Automation Lead Engineer to deliver design, implementation and SAS based on ABB System 800xA across the full project lifecycle—from engineering and FAT through site installation, testing and commissioning.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of automation and electrical engineers to define, design, implement and commission the substation automation system, ensuring integration with protection relays, ICSS and PMS suppliers.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with major in Electrical or Electronics.
Hands-on automation project experience in Oil & Gas or power sectors.
Experience with ABB System 800xA networks or comparable DCS platforms.
Familiarity with ABB 800xA control builder, networking, and cyber security concepts.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and strong English communication.

Mansioni

Act as technical lead for engineering, testing and commissioning of SAS.
Review SLDs, switchgear schematics, and IED documentation per SAS architecture.
Integrate LV/MV switchgear using Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, etc.
Manage engineering and test deliverables including SAS drawings and FAT/SAT procedures.
Collaborate on FAT tests and offshore commissioning.
Participate in FAT/SAT, including network validation and cybersecurity verification.
