Job summary

James Fisher Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced ROV Supervisor to lead safe, efficient delivery of ROV operations across offshore projects.

Based in Singapore, you will provide technical leadership, supervise personnel, and ensure ROV systems remain ready for deployment. Travel regionally and internationally will be required. You will oversee onshore and offshore activities, ensuring HSSEQ compliance, operational readiness, and timely project deliverables while maintaining asset integrity

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or technical discipline is required.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in offshore settings.
• Strong decision making under high-pressure conditions.
• Extensive ROV operations experience in offshore/subsea environments.
• Experience with Schilling ROV systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Onshore: Ensure ROV systems and equipment are ready for deployment.
• Onshore: Plan mobilisation, demobilisation, and risk assessments.
• Onshore: Supervise maintenance, inspection, and certification activities.
• Onshore: Monitor equipment condition and safety; escalate issues.
• Onshore: Maintain technical documentation and records.
• Onshore: Provide technical leadership and training to personnel.
• Offshore: Lead deployment, operation, recovery, and maintenance of ROVs.
• Offshore: Ensure HSSEQ compliance and project requirements.
• Offshore: Monitor performance and escalate defects impacting safety.
• Offshore: Ensure records and reports are completed on time.
• Offshore: Promote a positive safety culture and provide guidance.
• Offshore: Undertake additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
