MacGregor in Singapore is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to manage the manufacturing and assembly of offshore mechanical and hydraulic equipment. You will oversee primary fabrication and assembly operations, including welding, painting, machining, piping, and assembly to meet project requirements.

Reporting to the Interim Global Manager, Quality Control and Installation & Commissioning, you will drive FAT inspections and ITP-compliant documentation, monitor quality and schedule

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 5+ years supervising mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with offshore equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic circuits and tolerances.
• Ability to read technical drawings and MRB records.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fabrication and assembly of offshore equipment.
• Lead welding, painting, machining, piping, and assembly.
• Ensure FAT and ITP requirements are met.
• Monitor quality, cost, and schedule risks.
• Provide on-site technical support and supervisor guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering and suppliers.
