Job summary

James Fisher Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Systems & Support Engineer to support maritime and subsea systems across deployment, integration, and sustainment, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction in challenging environments.

This role requires hands-on problem solving and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and customers. You will install, commission, test, troubleshoot on-site and remotely, integrate subsystems, monitor performance, provide training, and contribute to

Qualifications

Good Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Medically fit for offshore and shipboard operations.
Experience in design engineering or product development is advantageous.
Systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration ability.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, test, and support systems during deployments, trials, and operations.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair systems, providing on-site and remote customer support.
Integrate, configure, and test subsystems, supporting FAT/SAT and resolving integration issues.
Monitor system performance, analyse failures, and support maintenance, spares, and sustainment planning.
Deliver training and develop documentation to support customer operational readiness.
Feed operational insight into product improvements, upgrades, configuration control, and safety compliance.
