Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages to staff and visitors.
Ensure pantry areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
Wash and clean cups, utensils, and pantry equipment after use.
Monitor and replenish pantry supplies such as beverages, snacks, sugar, milk, and disposable items.
Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings, events, and visitors.
Perform light housekeeping duties in common areas, including wiping tables and maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces.
Dispose of rubbish and ensure proper waste management practices.
Report shortages, maintenance issues, or pantry-related concerns to the supervisor.
Adhere to workplace hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
