Job description
Core Responsibilities
  • Office Maintenance
    • Keeping the premises clean (general cleaning and workstation upkeep, etc.)
    • Organising, coordinating minor repairs and reporting maintenance issues
    • Pantry support: keeping pantry areas clean, washing cups, and restocking supplies for staff.
  • Errands and Logistics
    • Delivering documents within offices or to external locations
    • Assist with meeting setup (chairs and tables)
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
