Job summary

AIMS MANPOWER SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible and hardworking Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the company premises.

The cleaner will ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, safe, and organized at all times. Key duties include daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, pantry and common areas; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal; and preparing beverages for visitors when required.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to work independently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to perform manual cleaning duties.
• Positive attitude and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of office areas, including meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office premises to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in designated areas.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee or other refreshments for visitors when required.
• Clean windows, glass panels, doors, and office furniture as required.
• Ensure pantry areas are clean and tidy, including washing cups and maintaining cleanliness of appliances.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or cleaning supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
