Job summary

PropNex Limited. in Singapore seeks an Office Cleaner/Maintenance staff responsible for cleaning and sanitisation of office premises, as well as room setup for events. This role requires minimum GCE O Level, and ideally, two years' experience in maintenance and cleaning.

Benefits include a conducive work environment, annual leave up to 21 days, and various leave benefits. Working hours are 5.5 days a week, with shifts primarily from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Preferably two years of experience in routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in basic English.
• Physically strong and fit for manual work.
• Available to work on weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitisation of office premises.

• Replenish cleaning supplies and respond to maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Cleaning and sanitisation of office premises like meeting and training rooms.
  • Dust and clean furniture, equipment (coffee machines, copiers) and fixtures.
  • Clean floor surface by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of the floors.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose wastes.
• Room Setup and De-Setup
  • Set up training rooms which includes arranging partitions, chairs, and set up audio-visual equipment.
• Miscellaneous
  • Replenish office cleaning and beverage supplies when low in supply.
  • Respond to maintenance and safety issues.
  • Special cleaning projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Preferably someone with two (2) years experience in routine maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of office, equipment, and facilities upkeep.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in basic English language.
• Must be physically strong and fit due to the physical nature of work to clean, to carry, to move partitions and to set up the necessary.
• Available and willing to work on weekends to support the company events and/or launches when required.

Other Information

Working Location: Toa Payoh, (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station).

5.5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm; Saturdays: 7:00am to 11:00am.
