Job description
What you will do:

As Office & Admin Manager, you will Supervises a variety of administrative services including but not limited to: office supply, equipment, and inventory procurement and management; mail and messenger services; records management; cleaning and maintenance services; facilities management; reception and communication systems; and security services.

How you will do it:
  • Provide full administrative on external / office vendor, support employee engagement and welfare- related to ensure smooth operations
  • Supervise, organize and coordinate logistics support for engagement events and office activities, including company events, eg. Townhalls, renovations etc.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to support domestic/ international travel arrangements for N-2 SEA Leaders, including visa, hotel bookings, vehicle hire, meal reservations etc.
  • Manage administrative support, scheduling and agenda for senior leaders and senior stakeholders visiting Singapore.
  • Ensure confidentiality of information when handling confidential documents
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when assigned
