Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an Ocean Freight Pricing & Operation Specialist in Singapore to support pricing strategy, solution design, and customer engagement across regional teams. You will work with Sales, Operations, Product, and Procurement to develop competitive, scalable logistics solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will analyze customer requirements, prepare pricing insights for RFQs and tenders, and contribute to profitability improvements while ensuring operational feasibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics solutions, commercial management, supply chain consulting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting customer requests, solution design, tender management, and commercial development activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CargoWise experience is an advantage.

You Have These Experience & Skills* Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics solutions, commercial management, supply chain consulting, or a related field.* Demonstrated experience supporting customer requests, solution design, tender management, and commercial development activities.* Good understanding of freight forwarding, ocean freight products, logistics operations, and supply chain solutions.* Ability to translate customer requirements into practical, scalable, and commercially viable logistics solutions.* Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analysis, data interpretation, and business reporting.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with freight management platforms such as CargoWise will be an advantage.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Operations, Product, and Procurement teams.* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service and driving business growth.* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tender activities simultaneously.* Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced commercial environment.* Experience supporting business reviews, profitability assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.* Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is an advantage.**What moves you?**At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
