Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessment and intervention to nursing home residents.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning meetings and contribute input to residents’ care plans.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and volunteers involved in relevant therapy activities.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with rehabilitation and multidisciplinary care teams.
