Job summary

NCS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Dynatrace observability specialist to implement, configure, and manage the Dynatrace platform across hybrid cloud environments.

You will leverage Dynatrace AI to troubleshoot issues and automate monitoring for enterprise applications, integrating with DevOps tools and ITSM systems. You will install OneAgents, define SLOs and alerting, build dashboards, and collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT experience required.
• Experience with Dynatrace AppMon.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps integration.
• Knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management.
• Project management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with automation scripting (Python or PowerShell).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
• Dynatrace Associate or Professional Implementation Certification.

Key responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing the Dynatrace observability platform (SaaS or Managed) to ensure high availability, performance, and user experience of enterprise applications. Able to utilize Dynatrace AI (Davis) to troubleshoot issues and automate monitoring across hybrid cloud environments, often integrating with DevOps tools (CI/CD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) systems.

What will you do?

• Install and configure Dynatrace OneAgents
• Set up synthetic monitoring
• Define alert profiles and create custom dashboards
• Monitor multi-tier applications, cloud services, and databases
• Ensure high availability and performance monitoring
• Use Dynatrace AI (Davis) for root cause analysis
• Identify bottlenecks in production environments
• Integrate Dynatrace with DevOps tools
• Incorporate monitoring into CI/CD pipelines
• Work with development and DevOps teams on observability strategies
• Advise on performance best practices
• Install and upgrade Dynatrace OneAgents on Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, and Cloud Native platforms
• Define application detection rules, SLOs, alerts, and management zones
• Create dashboards and reports for technical teams and stakeholders
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using PurePath tracing
• Diagnose bottlenecks in microservices and application code
• Configure Synthetic Monitors and Real User Monitoring (RUM)
• Automate onboarding and monitoring workflows using Dynatrace REST APIs
• Integrate monitoring workflows with Jira and ServiceNow
• Configure log analytics, log ingestion, and anomaly detection
• Configure HTTP and Clickpath synthetic monitoring
• Implement Real User Monitoring for frontend applications
• Tailor monitoring configurations for hybrid cloud environments
• Support automated remediation initiatives
• Enhance observability capabilities across enterprise platforms

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree or higher with 7–10 years of IT experience
• Experience with Dynatrace AppMon
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps integration
• Knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management
• Project Management experience
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale observability platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
