Job summary

SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Observability Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in ELK Stack, AWS monitoring, Python, and Linux to build and manage enterprise observability platforms.

The role focuses on telemetry pipelines, monitoring, alerting, automation, and improving application and infrastructure reliability. You will design, develop, and maintain ELK-based platforms, build dashboards and alerts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ELK Stack experience (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Experience with AWS monitoring services.
• Strong knowledge of Python scripting and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with log ingestion, parsing (Regex/Grok), filtering, and telemetry pipelines.
• Good understanding of observability, monitoring, alerting, and automation.
• Experience with REST APIs and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ELK-based observability platforms and telemetry pipelines.
• Build monitoring dashboards, alerts, and visualizations for applications and infrastructure.
• Automate observability processes using Python and scripting.
• Support incident troubleshooting, performance optimization, and platform stability.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams on observability initiatives.
• Maintain observability documentation, SOPs, and best practices.

Job Summary

Seeking an Observability Engineer with 3+ years of experience in ELK Stack, AWS monitoring, Python, and Linux to build and manage enterprise observability platforms. The role focuses on telemetry pipelines, monitoring, alerting, automation, and improving application and infrastructure reliability.

Mandatory Skill-set

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana);
• Experience in AWS monitoring services;
• Strong knowledge of Python scripting and Linux;
• Hands-on experience with log ingestion, parsing (Regex/Grok), filtering, and telemetry pipelines;
• Good understanding of observability, monitoring, alerting, and automation;
• Experience with REST APIs and SDLC.

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to Grafana, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, or similar monitoring tools;
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry (OTEL);
• Familiarity with AI/ML, anomaly detection, LLMs, or RAG;
• Experience handling audit & compliance activities;
• Elastic or AWS CloudOps certifications (preferred).
