Job summary

NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD., a leading Asia-Pacific organization, is seeking an Observability Engineer in Singapore to advance monitoring and reliability across production systems. You will drive metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, alerting, and incident response in collaboration with SRE and platform teams.

Hands-on experience with cloud or on-prem environments and modern observability tools is essential. This role offers growth within a dynamic APAC org.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of observability or SRE related experience.
• 2+ years hands-on production monitoring experience.
• Experience with metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, alerts, and incident troubleshooting.
• Experience with on-premise and/or cloud environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience collaborating with engineering/ops to instrument and improve reliability.

Job description

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific's leading organizations is looking for:

Observability Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in observability engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing or operating observability and monitoring capabilities in production environments
• Demonstrated experience working with metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, alerting, and incident troubleshooting
• Experience monitoring and supporting production infrastructure, applications, or distributed systems
• Experience working with on-premise and/or cloud environments, with an understanding of hybrid infrastructure
• Experience working with engineering or operations teams to implement instrumentation and improve service reliability
• Dynatrace, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus or equivalent
• OpenTelemetry
• AWS-native observability and monitoring capabilities
• Docker, ECS, CI/CD, SHIP-HATS, Terraform / OpenTofu, Ansible
• Cloud-native storage and telemetry data services
• Kafka, MQ, event-driven telemetry patterns
