Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on failure analysis, debug, and test methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, and test flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with structured root cause thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform system level failure analysis of customer returned products.
• Analyze logs, test data, and device behavior to identify failure modes.
• Identify the failure mode and summarize the analysis at electrical and physical level.
• Design and execute targeted experiments to validate hypotheses and corner cases.
• Work closely with engineering groups to resolve RMA issues.
• Determine and verify root causes and corrective actions.
• Provide status updates and written FA diagnostic reports and documentation.
• Maintain technical knowledge of product capabilities and characteristics.
• Serve as a technical resource for customer facing engineers and provide training.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Contributes to continuous improvement by testing AI-enabled enhancements.
