Responsibilities

• Champion "Play-Inspired" Discovery: design and facilitate sensory-rich activities to stimulate motor and cognitive development.
• Guardian of Trust & Hygiene: uphold high safety and cleanliness standards.
• Partnership with Parents: provide daily updates and photos via parent app to keep families connected.
• Holistic Observation: document each infant's milestones and tailor care to support growth.
• Collaborative Culture: work with the team to maintain a respectful, supportive environment.

Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
