Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Infant Care Teacher to provide nurturing care and education for infants and toddlers across islandwide locations in Singapore.

You will work Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week, and collaborate with families and colleagues to implement developmentally appropriate curricula and programs that support children’s growth. Applicants should have CIT/HCIC/ACEY or be currently pursuing HCIC/ACEY, with preferred experience in infant and toddler teaching,

Qualifications

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)/ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)

Responsibilities

• Create a secure, quality learning environment for children through nurturing, trusting and respectful relationships.
• Enrich children's learning by co-designing and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum, integrating innovative teaching practices.
• Partner with families and the community, collaborating with colleagues to strengthen outcomes for children.
• Guide junior educators to enhance their professional practice.
• Contribute to professional development in the preschool and foster a culture of collaboration.
