Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Registered Nurse license eligible with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Preferred experience in management or specialized areas.
• Preferred: minimum 3 years as Unit Manager, Senior Nurse, or Nurse Clinician.
• Specialized experience in ICU, emergency, pediatrics, O&G, NICU, Oncology, geriatrics, etc.
• Supervision, Advanced Clinical Practice, Unit Operation Management, Team Management and Leadership are assets.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare-related software systems.
• Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care Delivery: Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Monitor patient vital signs, progress, and response to treatment.
