Job summary

Ren Ci Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and governance across the ward or residential unit in Singapore. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centered care in rehabilitative or long-term settings.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with advanced nursing qualifications preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of clinical experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Broad Function

The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for the clinical leadership, operational management, and clinical governance of the ward or residential unit. The NM ensures nursing practices comply with SNB Standards of Nursing Practice and HCSA regulations. They lead the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care tailored to rehabilitative (CH) or long-term (CSU or NH) settings.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Relevant Advanced Diploma, Post-Graduate Diploma or Specialist Diploma in Nursing (e.g., Gerontology, Palliative Care, Medical-Surgical, Education, etc.) is preferred

Minimum 8 yearsof clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisoryrole

Prior experience in a Community Hospital or Nursing Home setting is advantageous
