Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and implement nursing education and competency frameworks.
• Plan annual nursing training priorities based on needs and regulations.
• Ensure training aligns with clinical standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a nursing education and competency framework for JEH.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding of new staff and supervise competency sign-off.
• Coordinate competency assessments and maintain records of expiry and reassessment.
• Track mandatory clinical training and certifications and follow up on overdue competencies.
