Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an NPO Product Manager (HBM) to drive early lifecycle planning and ensure readiness for HBM programs.

You will coordinate across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and IT to align schedules and manage risks, while guiding BOM governance and enterprise systems. Requirements include 10+ years in semiconductors with 5+ years in NPI or operations, and a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (PMP preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor industry with 5+ years in NPI, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; PMP preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the operations liaison across HBM PDTs driving all operations requirements.
• Participate early in PLM to address manufacturing and enterprise system concerns.
• Maintain ramp schedules and ensure smooth transition to HVM.
• Oversee sample processes, ensuring on-time delivery and spec compliance.
• Provide weekly risk reports and mitigation for HBM programs.
