Job summary

INDICON PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an NPI Technician to assist the Engineering Team in designing and building new electrical industrial control and power distribution low voltage panels — prototypes.

You will document wiring lists, support design iterations, review NPI issues, assist with panel verification and testing, and help maintain tools and ERP records. Strong communication and organization are essential, with attention to 6S practices.

Qualifications

Reading and understanding Electrical Schematics.
Proficient with MS Office and ERP/PLM tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
Flexibility to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Build and document prototypes, sometimes from minimal documentation.
Create wire list documentation, including selection of wire terminals and tooling.
Assist Engineering in the process of creation and design of new panels.
Review daily NPI problems and resolve issues with prototypes.
Trouble shoot panel layout and harness routing, including peg boards.
Provide monthly report on quality issues found in NPI.
Assist in maintenance and inventory of tools used in NPI.
Help with Verification, Inspection and Testing of panels.
Other activities as needed.
