You will coordinate with NPI/NPM engineers, assembly process and equipment teams, and manufacturing to ensure timely builds and proper handovers. The role requires 0–3 years experience in semiconductor assembly or manufacturing, familiarity with cleanrooms, and basic knowledge of NPI flows.

Qualifikationen

• 0–3 years experience in semiconductor assembly, manufacturing, or operations support.
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of NPI flows is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support daily NPI lot execution across SSD and monitor NPI lots status (WIP, holds, rework, conversion, disposition).
• Assist in expediting NPI lots to meet MAD, MCD, and customer dates and track build readiness (material, tooling, recipe).
• Coordinate with NPI/NPM engineers, Assembly Process & Equipment Engineers, CEM/IPPC/Manufacturing teams for proper priorities and handovers.
• Update NPI build information in OMS, SAP, and internal trackers; prepare summaries and status updates for reviews.
• Ensure NPI execution follows MSB SSD specs, safety rules, and cleanroom protocols; monitor holds and quality alerts.
