Micron Technology, Inc. invites an NPI Execution Support professional to drive daily NPI lot execution for SSD products within MSB NPM, coordinating with engineers, CEM, IPPC and manufacturing teams to meet MAD, MCD and customer commitments.

You will track tool readiness, process issues, and build status while maintaining trackers and escalation logs, and ensuring documentation completeness and compliance with safety and cleanroom protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• 0–3 years experience in semiconductor assembly, manufacturing, or operations support.
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of NPI flows is preferred.

Aufgaben

• NPI Execution Support: monitor NPI lots status and highlight risks to NPM / Process / Equipment / CEM; assist expediting NPI lots to meet dates; track build readiness.
• Daily Operations & Issue Tracking: track tool readiness, downtime impact, process abnormalities, yield issues, and holds; prepare/update trackers; escalate blockers.
• CrossFunctional Coordination: work with NPI/NPM engineers, Assembly Process & Equipment Engineers, CEM/IPPC/Manufacturing teams; coordinate shift handover.
• Documentation & System Support: update NPI build info in Omelek / ATPEA / SAP; verify process flow; support basic reports and status updates; ensure documentation completeness.
• Compliance, Safety & Quality: ensure NPI execution follows MSB SSD specs, safety rules, cleanroom protocols; monitor hold lots and material quality alerts.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) execution activities in MSB SSD NPM to ensure timely, safe, and compliant execution of NPI builds, from lot release through test, by coordinating daily execution, tracking issues, and supporting engineers, CEM, IPPC, and manufacturing teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. NPI Execution Support (Core Responsibility) Support daily NPI lot execution across SSD. Monitor NPI lots status (WIP, holds, rework, conversion, disposition) and highlight risks to NPM / Process / Equipment / CEM. Assist in expediting NPI lots to meet MAD, MCD, and customer commitment dates. Track build readiness (material availability, tooling, DID, recipe, conversion readiness).
• 2. Daily Operations & Issue Tracking Support daily shift execution by tracking: Tool readiness / downtime impact to NPI Conversion issues (recipe mismatch, DID gaps, tooling mismatch) Process abnormalities, yield issues, and holds Help prepare and update daily execution trackers, WIP lists, and action logs. Escalate execution blockers promptly to responsible owners.
• 3. CrossFunctional Coordination Work closely with: NPI / NPM engineers Assembly Process & Equipment Engineers CEM / IPPC / Manufacturing teams SSD NPM Support interteam communication to ensure correct priorities for NPI lots. Assist in coordinating shift handover information for NPI execution continuity.
• 4. Documentation & System Support Assist in: Updating NPI build information in Omelek / ATPEA / SAP / internal trackers. Verifying correct process flow, routing, and disposition rules are applied. Support preparation of basic reports, summaries, and status updates for NPI reviews. Ensure documentation completeness for NPI execution (build notes, deviations, followups).
• 5. Compliance, Safety & Quality Ensure NPI execution follows MSB SSD specifications, safety rules, and cleanroom protocols. Support engineers during process deviations, ensuring proper escalation and documentation. Assist in monitoring hold lots, expired materials impact, and qualityrelated alerts affecting NPI.

Required Qualifications
