Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an NPI Execution Support to coordinate daily execution across SSD NPI builds, track status and escalation. You will work with NPI/NPM engineers, manufacturing teams and suppliers to ensure MAD, MCD, and customer dates are met.

Responsibilities include documenting build information in SAP/ETC, maintaining trackers, and supporting compliance, safety and quality in a cleanroom environment. Entry-level to 3 years in semiconductor operations is favored.

Qualifications

• Requires Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years in semiconductor assembly, manufacturing, or operations support.
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily NPI lot execution across SSD.
• Monitor NPI lots status and highlight risks to teams.
• Assist in expediting NPI lots to meet MAD, MCD, and customer dates.
• Track build readiness (material, tooling, DID, recipe).
• Support daily shift execution by tracking tool readiness and downtime.
• Escalate execution blockers promptly to owners.
• Coordinate with NPI/NPM engineers and manufacturing teams for priorities.
• Update and verify NPI build information in trackers and SAP.
• Prepare basic reports and status updates for NPI reviews.
• Ensure documentation completeness for NPI execution.

Support NPI execution activities in MSB SSD NPM to ensure timely, safe, and compliant execution of NPI builds, from lot release through test, by coordinating daily execution, tracking issues, and supporting engineers, CEM, IPPC, and manufacturing teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. NPI Execution Support (Core Responsibility)

• Support daily NPI lot execution across SSD.
• Monitor NPI lots status (WIP, holds, rework, conversion, disposition) and highlight risks to NPM / Process / Equipment / CEM.
• Assist in expediting NPI lots to meet MAD, MCD, and customer commitment dates.
• Track build readiness (material availability, tooling, DID, recipe, conversion readiness).

2. Daily Operations & Issue Tracking

• Support daily shift execution by tracking:
• Tool readiness / downtime impact to NPI
• Conversion issues (recipe mismatch, DID gaps, tooling mismatch)
• Process abnormalities, yield issues, and holds
• Help prepare and update daily execution trackers, WIP lists, and action logs.
• Escalate execution blockers promptly to responsible owners.

3. CrossFunctionalCoordination

• Work closely with:
• NPI / NPM engineers
• Assembly Process & Equipment Engineers
• CEM / IPPC / Manufacturing teams
• SSD NPM
• Support interteam communication to ensure correct priorities for NPI lots.
• Assist in coordinating shift handover information for NPI execution continuity.

4. Documentation & System Support

• Assist in:
• Updating NPI build information in Omelek/ ATPEA / SAP / internal trackers.
• Verifying correct process flow, routing, and disposition rules are applied.
• Support preparation of basic reports, summaries, and status updates for NPI reviews.
• Ensure documentation completeness for NPI execution (build notes, deviations,followups).

5. Compliance, Safety & Quality

• Ensure NPI execution follows MSB SSD specifications, safety rules, and cleanroom protocols.
• Support engineers during process deviations, ensuring proper escalation and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring hold lots, expired materials impact, and quality related alerts affecting NPI.

Required Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• 0–3years experience in semiconductor assembly, manufacturing, or operations support.
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of NPI flows is preferred.

• Strong execution focus and sense of urgency.
• Good communication and coordination skills across teams and shifts.
• Ability to track multiple lots and priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable working with manufacturing systems and trackers (SAP, dashboards, Excel).
• Willingness to support shift based or extended hours when NPI execution requires.
• Able to utilize Artificial intelligence for daily routine.
