Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in new product development or NPI projects.
• Experience leading design/engineering teams across disciplines.
• Strong understanding of product development, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production.
• Experience in customer relationships, technical discussions, quotations and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new product development projects from concept through trial manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Marketing).
• Lead customer discussions to understand requirements and manage expectations.
• Primary point of contact for customers on project matters with regular progress updates.
• Prepare quotation packages with technical requirements, cost estimates and timelines.
• Present and negotiate quotation packages to align solutions and terms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Support design validation and transition to manufacturing.
